My background includes mental health care, geriatric care, medical social work, pre-operative and surgical care, hospital discharge planning, long-term care, and correctional settings.

 

This breadth of experience allows me to approach therapy through a whole-person lens, recognizing that mental health does not exist in isolation. Life transitions, relationships, identity, physical health, family dynamics, grief, stress, and our environments can all shape how we experience and navigate life.
