We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, your history, current concerns, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You do not have to have everything figured out before you arrive. We will work together to identify goals and determine what support may be most helpful for you.

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach is collaborative, authentic, strengths based, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self without feeling judged or pressured to have all the answers. I integrate evidence based therapeutic approaches while recognizing that no two people experience life, healing, or growth in exactly the same way. The goal is not to change who you are. It is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your coping skills, challenge patterns that may no longer serve you, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.

What concerns do you help clients with?

I work with adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, self esteem concerns, relationship challenges, women’s issues, identity concerns, ADHD, mood disorders, coping difficulties, anger, and adjustment to significant life changes. You do not need to fit neatly into one category to begin therapy.
